So there are people that think art is this or that. Should be done this or that way. So to me art is almost anything
Folding paper is an art.So to give my opinion, there are levels if talent.
Of course this is OPINION based. Since not everyone likes the same thing.I came across this. I think there is some talent here.

Hah! That's Phil Nguyen, I worked with him not long ago, he's got a great JK Simmons on that site. Simmons saw it and even sat for Phil for some corrections on that piece. Phil is good people and just an all around amazing character creator with some fantastic work on large budget productions under his belt.
Thats pretty cool makes me want to mess with Zbrush. People like this amaze me at first then i realize there is no way I could do that and it depresses me for a few minutes and I move on.
Rank:I've only recently started to learn these kinds of things. I've picked up a bit here and there but until recently I never expanded my tools into things like Zbrush.
