Anti-piracy pirates complaining on a piracy site about pirates. What a load of 🐂💩

That's only if someone is willing to be the person who buys it. I've watched (as I'm sure many of us here have) many, many people request the item but rarely see it bought and filled. The idea of a group buy is a solution to this but again, someone's got to take the lead.
I had floated the idea a while back of people making a donation to help pay the site's hosting costs. Some of this donation would go towards a certain expensive item. Only those who had donated to the site would quietly get the item. It might be openly shared after several months.
In order to ensure that only known members of the community where involved and keep out vendors and people from the broker's sites, this would be limited to long established and contributing members. We might make a separate passworded thread.November 4, 2026 at 2:45 PM #2194192TBH I don't think there is any qualification on what I said.
I am saying that in respect of the results of a price increase.
IMO It is only counter productive.November 4, 2026 at 4:24 PM #2194206@eelgoo, Do you think my idea about the donation/purchase funds combination might work?
November 4, 2026 at 5:14 PM #2194209We'll see. If his stuff starts getting pirated more, then you're right. But I seriously doubt we will be seeing more RHA stuff being made public. It's just too darn expensive for what you're getting. Things like RHA usually get shared in private groups where everyone buys something and shares. They are rarely shared on public sites like the Zone.
November 4, 2026 at 5:49 PM #2194210I'm confused why many artists are having their high priced assets pirated and no one blinks an eye and a model gets released from one specific person and all the sudden a pirate is calling all their pirate brethren beasts for pirating? I'm all ears as to how this artist is different?
November 4, 2026 at 7:05 PM #2194213I believe the prevailing theory is that the "artist" has an account here and is ranting about how great he is and his stuff is definitely worth it and everyone should buy it.
November 4, 2026 at 7:34 PM #2194216It might, but getting enough willing people interested in one specific product might be a challenge.
TBH I am not particularly interested in this vendor's work.
