SEARCH still sucks. There are free plugins for WordPress to make for better search. Still don't know why stuck wading through page after page of irrelevant results trying to find stuff. Example this visit. Wanted some poses for G3 Male. Put that in got page after page of Female poses and other stuff not related to either poses or G3 Males at all.
A real search function would sure be appreciated by all !
If that won't happen how about breaking up the blog into more distinct categories so all poses related to G3 Males are in one alone, same for G3 Females and so on. That way if we must page though multiple pages at least they will be relevant pages.

September 5, 2017 at 10:34 am #328470AnonymousInactiveRank:Generally I find that if members who have posted items have used the exact title of the product, copy/pasted from the host site, and you use that in your search then it should theoretically by your first hit.
Relying on general terms would only work if members have included your search terms as tags when posting the item (I think), and then the results would be as general as the search would they not?
While splitting the blog into more distinct categories does indeed sound appealing, can you imagine the work involved in moving the relevant posts to their new home, especially if members have not used exact names or appropriate tags?
We do have some specific tips on how to post items in the FAQ.
Now how to get everyone to take a look hehe?Oh yeah!...
Shameless bump of the FAQ!

September 5, 2017 at 7:26 pm #328767@pauls3d2 can you suggest some search plugin so that i can test ??
There are lot of plugin for search .. and i don't want them all to install and test.
Also we put google search at the top bar and i think its quite good 😀
i personally use that 😛September 6, 2017 at 4:49 pm #329420Check this one:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search/I don't use WP much, mostly Joomla developer but this looks like it might fit the bill with very little effort to make it work.
When ppl submit encourage good tags and descriptions that will help. Not just "G3" or "Genesis 3" but more specific tags "male", "clothing", "poses" "hair", "Morphs" and so on. Anything like this in description and tags makes it much easier to find what you are looking for.
Good luck and thanks for looking into this.

September 6, 2017 at 4:52 pm #329422Look for "Better Search" as for some reason the link I posted just takes you to the plugin search function not to the actual plug in I posted.
October 5, 2017 at 12:22 pm #352782I was wondering if we could get a date and time on the home page at the top it would run by the sites calander and time just so that for contests and stuff we know when it ends and also say if we wanted to make a request with a date or time limit we would all be on the same time and stuff
EDIT: What a great idea! I'm tagging @Hunter into this so he'll see it 🙂
October 5, 2017 at 2:30 pm #353154Date and time easy. WordPress runs on PHP all webmaster need to is add a simple line of code to the main template where ever he wants it to appear.
<?php echo date ("Y"); ?>
To show year, add each below with comma for added displays. This takes info from server's date/time.
d - Represents the day of the month (01 to 31)
m - Represents a month (01 to 12)
Y - Represents a year (in four digits)
l (lowercase 'L') - Represents the day of the weekDecember 3, 2017 at 4:52 pm #413281Hi adding yandex disk for download link, it's like cloud.mail.ru , fast no captcha, no wait ...
Best regards.
January 11, 2018 at 6:22 pm #456554Can we get any more information in the dead link email notifications? I've had a few over the last couple of weeks (two yesterday) that when I've checked have nothing wrong with them and it seems to be "user error". But with no clue as to who made the enquiry I can't give them any help and I don't know what will happen after the "5 days" mentioned in the message. Do the mods check the link at that time? Does anyone message the poster back to tell them the link works? It seems to functionally be a dead end for anyone apart from those behind the scenes.
January 14, 2018 at 6:26 pm #459948Mod will check if the link is ok or not if not they will remove the post.
Yeah user sometime face problem download from mega ... also sometime they just test what that button do .. lol
but if your link is okee just ignore 😛January 14, 2018 at 9:36 pm #460140Okay, then I suppose I'll check the link, make sure it's still valid and ignore the comment if it's bollocks. Sweet.
January 17, 2018 at 1:33 am #462467To try and solve the duplicate post issue, is it possible to modify the post creation form so that it checks the "Product Source Link" section against the database for duplicates? Maybe offer the information to the poster and ask if it's the same product?
January 20, 2018 at 2:19 am #466010Not sure what kinda strain this puts on a server but, ive found a ton of stuff i wanted in the random section.
Is it feasble to load random pages?January 27, 2018 at 12:40 am #474062@d0gg0d do you mean the random selection of posts down the side of the page? I just keep clicking on items that interest me to generate new links, like Wikipedia journeys.
January 27, 2018 at 12:56 am #474074Yeah Ive reloaded paged just to refresh the random section.
Was just considering maybe a entire page of random stuff to browse through.
I thought ive made it through almost the entire site but still see stuff I missed pop up sometimes.
