*chuckle* I love TED TV. I'm sure I've seen all of them. Rational and intelligent talk on a wide variety of subjects.

    ...I liked Ghostbusters 2016...^^'

I spent Saturday night setting up a new retro console, watching The Green Mile, sat between two cats, while also listening to my father snoring. Bliss.

I dont doubt some people enjoyed it. It grossed $229 million world wide.
Seems like not enough people enjoyed it and it lost $70 million overall.

I'm not one of the people that enjoy the new Star Wars. At the rate they are canceling their timeline I'm not alone.

I suppose there is something for everyone. I think Tank Girl is excellent but it gets poor reviews.

Ill say most movies made in the last 10ish years or so are sh!t.

I spent Saturday night preparing for a fishing trip on Sunday

I'm a HUGE fan of the Guardians of The Galaxy series. It's great that they don't themselves too seriously which makes it fun.
Been watching some of those horrible Sci-Fi movies from the 50's. I grew up watching them on Saturday afternoons when it was too cold or wet to go outside.

What do you fish for? Did ya get any? It's crappy that you can't eat what you catch anymore because they're full of everything toxic.

Guardians were excellent. I think they decreased in quality a bit. 1>2>3 but all were good.

I know a guy with 170 acres and 3 private ponds. Its an hour drive but well worth it. I took 2 friends and one of the guys sons. Fished for about 3 hrs and caught mostly bass but some crappie and brim. I mostly bass fish but sometimes ill change up.

    @ethiopia

These are the two largest fish. Friend caught 2 about the same size as the bigger one.
Other friend was mostly fishing for panfish

The newer Ghostbusters were all pretty terrible. But on the bright side, not nearly as terrible as the new Exorcist.

Seriously though, Ghostbusters lost sight of the way long ago. They've become kids movies (nothing wrong with that, except its not the same as the original). The original movie, the guys were backtalking, wisecracking anti-authority figures. The newer ones they are goody-two-shoes and do everything told to them. Its a different animal.

I wasn't a great fan of 2. The original was near perfect. Some movies just bottle lightning. Trying to remake them isn't going to work.
2s are usually just a quick cash grab but some are a pleasant surprise and thats rare. I pre-order nothing now and screen multiple reviews before purchasing any movie or game. The current trend of releasing garbage has saved me a significant amount of money. Daz really should put a review section under the product.

Abigail stole from Usual Suspects and M3gan but did it well. Probably the last ok movie I watched.

I could easily rewatch Ghostbusters for the 20th time. Could care less about rewatching the other versions.

Nice sized fish and good eating if you don't mind the mercury. When I grew up we had a rustic cottage in the middle of nowhere and we fished almost everyday for small and largemouth bass. We usually had enough for dinner each day.

While Im not going to actively seek out and chew lead gum, I decided that Im not going to worry greatly about everything I eat. There isnt.much today that something isnt wrong with it. Pesticides, hormones, preservatives ect... I worked with a doctor who was very health conscious and not much older than me. They planted him about 6 years ago. We all will end up as worm food eventually

Agreed but I do watch it and avoid the worst of it. I eat small fish because they've had less time to amass all the toxins.
You've got to remember that genetics plays a big part in how long and how well you're gonna live. My Mom almost made it to 100 despite eating crap and a lifetime of smoking. My Dad died at 53 despite doing all the right things. I exercise a lot and spend three days on my bike exploring the extensive trails around here. It will get me a longer life, but more importantly I feel STRONG!
After I spend an hour in the morning working out all the kinks and stiffness that is.

I have to agree with Adam...
I live near a river, on the other side resides Dupont and Shell, and a few more.
I smoke, because I smoke weed, do not drink.
It is true you want to try to get as old as you can, But I think Quality of life is more important. So I guess it is a balance between having fun and being responsible.
What's the point being old drawling in a chair, looking out, waiting for the grim reaper?
SO I try to have as much fun and do the things that I enjoy. Not all is good for me, but I' ll die in the end anyway...
May it be two years longer or shorter.

The important thing is quality of life.
