    hi
    i when to download a few things and then it goes to download but asks
    for a payment will be added to my isp ? if its a bigger download or even a little one

    is this something new ?

    Uhm, what? When you click on a download link, it will open up an external site (none of the content is hosted here) - so that sounds like something external (and something that shouldn't happen).

    Probably a quota if you get that from Mega. Just use a different IP. You should use a VPN anyways so.... change your server.
