This is indeed not an unlimited funds site. So, when an item is released

1) It can be requested (search the forums before making a new request thread). In this case you didn't, since the item has already been requested elsewhere.

2) IF someone purchases the item, it usually gets shared first among the people that offered points in the appropriate request thread (sometimes it gets posted in the blog directly, sometimes it is never shared on the blog).

3) Finally, the item gets posted on the blog. [If it ever gets posted].
