yeah there should be pts fines for false dead link reports and for posting stuff already here , it bloats the system.
As for the 3DUK items goes, he himself is reporting them as dead posts. He's a member here, prolly with multiple accounts.
If they are on the Bunkr, he can't do anything about it and reports them as dead ones, admins put them in dead post category after a number of reports.
If the items are posted on any other upload site, he triggers DMCA reports and site deletes them, eventually leading to account ban. I learned that the hard way back in the days.
