3DUK is so full of projection of themselves onto others. Almost everything they say applies perfectly to them, especially after reading that latest post. That's putting aside the appalling grammar, spelling and sentence structure. Makes me wonder how old they are because they are certainly acting like a highly pathetic teen (thankfully not all teens are like that) who isn't educated enough to see their own hypocrisy.
It's definitely got out of hand but exactly how much depends on whether they carry out their threats, or is it just 'big talk from a little kid'.He doesn't make a distinction between pirates and non-pirates either. He openly calls anyone who buys his stuff suckers, and sarcastically says "what do you even use these for?" which is besides the point. He sells product. His or not his, that's another matter but he is *selling*. He should remember the old Dell Trotter rule: "Mine is not to wonder why, mine is but to sell and buy". Looking at him bouncing around like he's had a seizure, I finds that he looks a lot like... this:

I just can't wrap my brain around how someone could take the work that game devs put countless hours into making, convert it (sometimes very lazily) to another program, and then COMPLAIN AND COPYRIGHT STRIKE PEOPLE WHO SHARE THAT CONTENT.
People that create their DAZ content from scratch make less than a stink about file sharing than this guy does. Unbelievable.

I read 3Duk's post and it sounds like the ravings of a mad man. Yet both people are in the wrong. So it's been this cycle of escalation and name calling that make both people look bad.
If he wants to charge $300 for shaggy that's his right, but he better hope for a damn big whale for that. To quote a friend, it's pirates complaining about piracy, and I mean that for both parties.
THIS THREAD HAS REACHED 98 POSTS - and its visible all over Google now, and has turned our site into a huge target. Is that what was intended by the posters of this? Cause I am now dealing with TONS of PMs demanding takedowns of lots of products thanks to this thread's making us totally visible.
I've been instructed to let the folks filing DMCA Takedown notices to file with the site's email address and leave it to upper management. But I'd hate to see our beloved site go down in flames because of spastic-lunatics like 3DUK and ROMFX etc. They are copyright thieves complaining that we pirate their stolen stuff and are thieves. And we will be the ones who ultimately get ripped apart, not them.
Anyone who is feeling BALLSY -- FEEL FREE to contact the LEGAL DEPARTMENTS of all game companies they are ripping their characters from and identify where their stores are located and file identifying the Stores selling their ripped assets as well, as the store selling them is well aware those assets are ripped and copyright infringements. This has to stop.

While this would have NEVER worked against real suits and ties after us, it will ALWAYS work when the creator is just as shady as the rest of us. That's the Pirate life we live, and SOME of us are not afraid to admit.

@Anjabear Can I use torrent sites for a bundle of this magnitude? I need to be able to move this for as long as possible to properly let it sink into the veins of the web. I am looking to make this release become non removable across the web, so it will need at least I would say 4 days to a week life time.I will also provide a normal link along side the torrents. But we all know the TOOL #3DUK will jump that link. So I am trying to keep it OUT of dead Posts., where I already had a couple other posts land cause some ZONE members do not understand Hidden Pop Ups and Mis Directs. As for attention.
Unless it is a big wigs like EPIC or SONY (We are dealing with SONY as we speak on another site over Detroit: Become Human models. All because we have ZER0 rights to the characters. So they are threating big time for a COMPLETE model removal across all sites and sister sites.)
But, do not worry. I will handle any that comes my way without delay. There is one more creator that has been near identical to 3DUKs tactics. If they are not the same person, they are FOR sure related. AS well as already displaying they too are a Hypocrite as they buy and sell content here to then get all butt hurt, waste points and target a link featuring a STOLEN character model from a game... Well we all know how well I can overlook that foul smell. It is too far out of character for me, So I make no promise to over look it.
As a hoarder with a huge OCD problem, I CAN NOT store an asset without it having at least one image to showcase what it is (usually one is enough).
So, after getting your upload (for which I tank you very much), I added images to all of them before carefully storing them.

Yea sorry, I also keep the promos alongside a model zip. But to cut down size of the bundle I chose to let go of the promos. It already took most of my early day just uploading to so many links on the Main Thread post as it is. Inside the hidden file I provided for the contributors of this endeavor I laid both the zip and Promos out for each file. It sucked to let the promos go so I Thank you for helping me finish the project. If anyone is feeling lazy I too can provide the images, where as they are all already named to match the zip file names. Just let me know.

Yes, he went on a half ass tear trying to prevent us from the complete list with half baked models. So I called off looking for any buys of any models outside the listed models when this all began. or the "OG 68 List" But it is over now. No more buys, No, Now I inflict the DEATH BLOW. I will keep watch on the bundle and re link it over the next week or so to ensure it sinks into the web bloodlines deep enough he can NEVER remove it again. Plus, as a back up to ensure @3DUK feels this finical loss, I already have NEW links uploaded and ready to roll. There are also a few sites out there that all have the file, and ready to stagger up link on their end for me as well.I plan to hit him so hard he will still feel it many years to come for making me feel terrible about others after us possibly getting virus's because of this battle. He is a real PoS and I will do all I can to destroy him, and his name to try and prevent him from having that kind of power over others. You can threaten and hit me all day. DO not trust 3DUK asset posts like the singles today. I have a feeling that's where he will try to get us, it is reasons like this I moved the release up and stopped the fight. More than likely he has made alt accounts to use and drop once uploads are in. BE CAREFUL. Just be Patient, and let me drop CLEAN links for the entire Bundle. I seek NO points for it. As I said, this is his gift too all of us. Just remember, To make it a pain in his ass to get too, I am using off the cuff uploaders. So use the esc key on the hidden pop ups and re directs until u actually SEE the download button animate, and ALWAYS double check that the file you see to DL is named EXACTLY like the file I uploaded. If it ends in .iso, DO NOT DL IT! exit the DL, go back and try again. It will take 4 to 7 tries (mis directs) to proceed forward on EACH page. WARNING... yes, your Anti Virus will scream, Just DO NOT hit DL for any mis named file, and NEVER hit yes for any fuking chrome extension. I do not use them, so you will NEVER need it on your end. If you do HAPPEN to DL a bad file, as long as you DO NOT OPEN it, and just delete it you are OK. Be vigilant on this file people. PLEASE.

I obviously don't know what your plans are from now on, aside from the few bits you've stated, but having read @AnjaBear's earlier post about the site getting unwanted attention (and the hassle it's creating @AnjaBear) it may be worth cooling off for a bit. I'm certainly not suggesting giving up, not in the slightest, the a-hole that is 3DUK doesn't deserve that, just a resting period now that the bundle is released. The last thing any of us here want is permanent damage to the site (or worse) and the wrong attention from the wrong places could do that. Just a thought and suggestion.
It's also worth noting that if 98 posts is where threads get real traction on Google, how about we deliberately keep ones like this under 98? Whether that means you or whoever starting a fresh thread and @AnjaBear closing a thread before it hits that limit, it's something worth thinking about.Also, I considered saying this earlier but held off - I have the same/similar software that 3DUK uses and have been doing wraps for myself for a good while. The difference between myself and them is that I never once had any intention of selling them. I wasn't even sure about uploading because of the quality. I'd done my own Velma Dinkley long before they did theirs and was working on a Daphne when 3DUK released her. Because of 3DUK's actions, I have also started working on a Shaggy, which I considered buying from them at $21 (I was waiting for a sale) until the price shot up. It'll be rough because it's such an extreme morph and I don't have the modelling skills to fix everything but it won't be any worse that what they sell. When it's done I think I'll upload it just as an eff you to counter that $300 price tag.
I also have a couple of other source models that are missing from the list (the Potter girls) as I know exactly where 3DUK gets his game rips from and plan on working on them at some point. My time is limited but I'll do what I can regarding this.All the best

As I stated, this site seems to have the EDGE on PAID - new content. So it kind of became something , in my own twisted way - I was trying to protect. We can not have a snitch running amok here. THAT will draw the WRONG attention before too long...TRUST me. So, NO worries my friend. The ZONE before the ZER0 always.
And once again, to the Mods. I am truly sorry for all of this. Thank you for not shutting it all down and allowing it to play to and end. For now I will hang up the cape and cowl and enjoy a nice sail across the ZONE on my Pirate Ship. Lots of stuff to look at, and lots more to leave behind in the wake.

It is there. You have to use the ESC key trick. I promise. I just tested a link here and it went to the file on 6th try. If I used more normal links 3DUK would have already thrashed them by now... and I would be out of more burner accounts possibly. Problem is emails are not something you can just keep making. there is cool off periods after 3rd or so. SO even the burner accounts can be limited at times.@Everybody...
Can I ask a favor now? If you have the bundle, please consider making a burner email account tied to burner file hosts, and have the bundle uploaded and ready to roll. PLEASE help me keep an eye on the bundle. If you see it land in DEAD posts, jump on it and get it back up. I do not care if you charge or not, I just want to make sure we keep it alive long enough to be forever online.
No need to tell me here. I will know you are helping me on the main feed if I see it GiF'ing on my screen again...so thanks in advance.

I may buy a couple of more models as this dies off (on pre setup alt accounts), if I do, I will link safe links in here for you to get them first hand.Honestly, better to forget about 3DUK and look for vendors that are worth buying and supporting. I suggest everyone to look at Twitkiss as she/he is not famous but make great high quality ports of characters and for cheap as well. No low poly Shaggy model for $300.
