I'll freely admit I reported one model to an IP holder when RipVanWinkle started charging for their game model rips. Not long after that, all of Rip's stuff vanished off the site. No regrets. Besides, a lot of them could be found on DeviantArt for free under XPS/XNALara groups lmao.

I think the police won't give a shit. Even the most inbred cop from the deepest crease in the rectum of the universe can recognize Disney, Hanna-Barbera, Mattel, Capcom etc. products for not being 3DUK's property. Sure, he can file in a complaint, but it won't get him anywhere. Correction: it can get him in court not as a plaintiff but a defendant. Copyright etc, we all know the drill. And by the way, all we have as a proof that he did put in a complaint is a lame jpg of something he could very well have cobbled up together on Photoshop, using his latest speed ticket or even a complaint filed against him by parties unknown as a template. We see shit like that on conspiration websites all the time. Looks kinda official but anything with the right words and stamp may look official. If you want, I can make you a memo from the White House announcing that Donnie has been hired back in there as a janitor. And it'll look SO official.

I am gonna try to inject some fresh models into the DAZ community here over next week or so. I am SICK of the same re tread models over and over, its like the same models are just being passed around by these creators on an endless loop. Like how many fuking Tifas or Marias do we really need? I have had a private mini issue brought to my attention. From some one on the INSIDE of DAZ3D itself. Yea, like a inside DAZ source reached out too me because of THIS thread. or rather my commitment on display in here...Wrap your noodles around that a moment.
Anyways... The issue put forth is that is the MALE models vs Female models within DAZ is out of control. Some real injection of male content is needed for all the lady DAZ users out there, and I must admit, even as a straight guy, I totally agree. Hell most the male models look as if they are made by a straight guy that would MUCH rather be on a FEMALE model again. I hope to push up this lack of males or rather MALE content. SO I ask, if you too are LIKE myself and STAY away from male shares due to pride PLEASE message me, I will begin posting the Male models you openly share with me as FREEBIES. Please help me satisfy the ladies out there. But lets try to have then in either OBJ, FBX, or Blend files already. I do not wanna take the chance of slowing the growth of this endeavor down with models that remain behind pay walls like the ones Autodesk or C4D uses.

Look for a new thread. I will be asking for names\ games of models to look into ripping. Then see if myself or the teams I work with can get the dirty done and set them up as shareable files. I will need a couple of devoted helpers in there (Preferably ladies to keep a straight male like myself more focused and even keeled), so if this is you, message me asap please so we can brainstorm the way we are gonna handle this new thread as it begins to take off with all sorts of requests.
@mxyzptlk So, apparently 3DUK's way to combat piracy is to make all his future characters even worse quality. Seems reasonable to me.

The sad thing is, I've seen others raising prices of their characters on RH, almost in reaction to this. I was going to actually buy a model there, but not at $50. Well see how this strategy works out for them lol
I don't think 3DUK/ROMFX and other sellers who rip game assets and resell them understand that we are actually giving them a free promo here on the forums. Literally nobody knew 3DUK until his models were spread on Zonegfx. I doubt he would've made half the sales if it weren't for us "pirates" to advertise his shop.
And is this how he treats his customers? By openly admitting he will make worse quality models and try to scam as many people as possible? Wow. I mean, wow. This person needs a wake up call soon.

Apparently, he is now going to be putting viruses into his products. This actually breaks MANY international laws. And he can be held accountable - and I know that INTERPOL will be very interested in him if any EUROPEAN PC gets his with his Viruses and someone loses their PC or Data because of it. This is a punishable offence internationally, and they can actually extradite someone from their home country for it.
This is GETTING SO OUT OF HAND.
