Is there anyone that can make any anime character for Genesis 8/9?

I'm sure there will be some anime characters coming up by the usual Daz PAs but you'll have to wait for them. In fact the G9 unisex model might lend itself very well to anime/toon characters that can be rendered without high subD. Minus nipples and belly buttons of course but with anime people they may not need them.... or you could meshgrab them. There seems to be enough polys on G9 to do that.

Or, better, try any pmx MMD model. (Miku Miku Dance..) In Deviant com, you can gat free models... Like this: https://www.deviantart.com/tag/pmxmodel.
You can import to D|s with the plugin in: https://zonegfx.com/mmd-importer-for-daz-studio/, but all bones in japanese..., and no animation (vmd) /pose (vpd) option to import.
For this, Cinema 4D, and this: https://github.com/MikuMikuDance-tool-for-Cinema-4D-team/C4D_MMD_Tool, or in Blender whit MMDTools, or the add-on, "VMD retargeter·, in https://zonegfx.com/vmd-retargeting-1-18-0-with-pmx-export/... and, differmorphic importer or Daz brigde to Blender...
    Also, for Maya, https://github.com/gameboy12615/MMD4Maya
BEWARE!: The pmx models have a bone structure far away to any "tipical" 3d armature/bones.. 😀

I dork a little bit with anime-style morphs to come up with the stuff I make, but it's not going to be true anime style. However, I have a bit of a solution for you!

Your best bet for Genesis 8 anime shapes (especially DbZ and similar styles) is to look up the stuff Shinteo makes. Another great source is Sokurabbit's stuff. Finally, Checkertoo has a few bits that may fit the bill.

If it were me, I'd find some great shapes from Shinteo (since he has a lot of the most accurate anime shapes), and then use the textures provided by Checkertoo or Sokurabbit (because Shinteo's tetures are kinda dull, and don't 'pop' at all).

For Chibi and similar styles, that'll be tougher, but there is stuff out there to get.
