And the request system is for requesting exact items/bundles, you requested the "Flame Painter (Any Version)", it got Filled and now there is a blog post for "Flame Painter (Any Version)" which is very problematic...

EDIT: If you want to request a program with any version for example just use the "Flame Painter" as the title, add the description from the store without any extra comment, and then as an optional plus you can add a Disqus comment at the bottom of your request, that you are accepting any version, but newer is better.
