You are going to get differing responses to this, and questions along these lines often recur.
Some folk prefer to leave content naming & heirarchy as the vendor pasted it together & use DIM installers.
Quick & easy in the short term, but will lead to a disorganised sprawling runtime in the medium term.
Personally, I always do a manual intall with strict nomenclature to a custom runtime structure.
If you have the discipline to work to the system that you decide upon you will have a Runtime that you can find if you have things installed very quickly.
