Report the link as 'dead'. That will trigger an extremely complicated Rube Goldberg process that could, in the end, get your 50 points back. Or, just ask the uploader to refund the points and/or reupload the item.
I cannot even remember what the item was Somewhere in the comments a few days ago someone said their account was suspended. So i can only figure i lose out.
If you cant remember then it probably wasnt that important. You could also look in your points purchase log.
