As of 2 days ago with no changing settings. Is anyone getting this? In safari its ok that's why Im here now
It wouldn't be your settings, 403 is a server error code, "forbidden". The server will not allow you to read whatever URL directory you're trying to reach (you didn't mention where).
It's not your ISP, if they're blocking the site you won't be able to access it through incognito. Maybe try clearing chrome's cookies for zonegfx.com, might help considering you can access it in incognito.
ok that worked but only after a restart. I dumped cookies and it still blocked me. I restarted and dumped cookies AGAIN and then it worked...strange. I might have to check my chrome security settings. Ive been getting intermittent SSL Protocol cert errors from certain sites. I have to go to the main site home page to load a cookie each time to get the damn thing to connect properly. Chrome has been upgrading shit I think
