So, it's been like a year (and yet this is the first time I come for help lol) that my G8F native height slider (the one that comes with G8F) has been bugged. Everytime I use it and put some clothes or hair on my character, they float. I've reinstalled genesis 8 and the sliders, and it didn't help. Any idea on what to do? Thanks!
That is a weird one, and I can't say I have come across it.
If you have Measure Metrics installed, can you still set the height via that?

Well, first you have to select the figure & click the Measure Metrics duf.
You then have to navigate to the Figure Metrics duf & click that.
A panel will show you various basic parameters, with height being the last one.
If you have a recent version, you should have a tick box against each parameter.
Tick the box & it should enable you to edit it.
