Best regards,
October 19, 2026 at 9:35 AM #2192257Thanks @Keab , I'll take a look at their stuff π
October 19, 2026 at 6:28 PM #2192297One of the options (seemingly complicated, but actually pretty easy) is:
Load an appropriate* bodysuit** (one that has a collar), set it's resolution to 'base', then in Geometry Editor delete the unnecessary polygons (sleeves, legs, etc.)...sort of sketching out the result you're looking for. It's essentially subtractive sculpting (taking away rather than addding to). Once you delete the poly(s) it cannot be undone, but it'll only effect the current instance, not the original. So plan it out carefully. If you screw up, just delete the bodysuit from the scene and reload it.
You can then make a cutout map from the template to refine the shape a bit more.
Apply a plain white image into displacement to add 'thickness' to the mesh. Adjust the displacement as necessary. Displacement will only appear under Iray.
You'll be amazed by the vast variations you can make with your existing clothing by creatively using Geometry Editor (deleting polys, hiding polys, modifying material zones, adding rigid follow nodes, etc.). It's really useful.
And then there's Mesh Grabber for pushing and pulling vertices for additional adjustments.
*'Appropriate' to me means clean even polys with loops, as opposed to chaotic loopless topography you'll find in Marvelous Designer made clothing. Ugh.
**Or just do the same things using the models you cited at the top. Everything you need to combine the top with the collar is available within Daz Studio.

October 19, 2026 at 8:33 PM #2192307Perhaps. But it is how you increase your pay grade π
