On Wednesday I bought all the platinum plus items and posted them to the blog. But instead of having them published so everyone can download them I had a message asking if I'd stolen/downloaded from another user who'd anonymously given the same uploads to monk five hours earlier.
I replied with a screenshot of my purchases, I received an apology because I said I was insulted by the insinuation that I was stealing other people's files and a very generous bounty of points. So great I then thought I could share all the items I bought on the blog with everyone else... That's the point of this site.
Apparently not, I reuploaded them and they've been deleted again. Monk won't explain why. Obviously this anonymous poster beat me, but I didn't know that when I bought the items. They didn't show up in a search, they weren't in the queue.
The problem is what if this happens again? Okay, this was a small purchase only £27. But what if I'd spent £100+ on a larger package and someone anonymously posts it before I do and I don't get to share it? What a waste of money! If anonymous posters get priority then what's the point? I'm wasting money, taking a risk, and I want to share these things with everyone else. But I can't.
Is there something I'm missing here.

When a member adds a post, it goes into the Draft section for the ADMIN to approve the post, then is published on the Blog. If it is a duplicate or faulty, it is either sent to TRASH or DEAD POST.

Yeah, but the items themselves aren't the problem. In all honesty I don't need the points. It's the precedent that people can anonymously post things before you.
It's ridiculous, I could have spent the money on something else for the community. I don't think it's a very fair policy and I haven't read it in the rules anywhere.
I'm going to be second-guessing myself every time I buy something to post on the blog.

It's first come, first served, no one can know what another member is going to purchase and post on the blog.
@Sonytony That's embarrassing! I had no idea, they must have been added to the blog pages and pages ago. My issue was that I expected to see them at the top of the blog. I had no way of knowing that they had actually been posted.
At least they're shared with everyone, but I don't think anyone's going on know unless they backtrack to Wednesdays posts! I posted them and I didn't know they were on the blog.
Some way of knowing about anonymous posts so we don't buy them would be nice but I think that's a complicated request and probably an overreaction to a small problem.
