As the topic,
Just guessing,
If I wish to duplicate G8F's morphs into G8M, or vice versa,
I need to duplicate the target BACK to Genesis 1, where the base is a bi-gender,
and then convert it into G8M's morph.
is it plausible, or is there any better solution to do so?
August 1, 2022 at 5:35 PM #1837986why so difficult? both figures have a morph - transformations to the opposite sex .....
August 1, 2022 at 6:08 PM #1837996I do not mean to build a G8M with female feature,
I wish to use the morphs across-genders in order to utilize those with Shape Splitter.
so first of all, I need to convert them to the opposite gender.
August 2, 2022 at 1:31 AM #1838114i.e. you want to use male morphs - on female characters and vice versa???
I'll keep an eye on this thread, it's interesting...August 2, 2022 at 2:27 AM #1838121So there is a way. However the problem is the morphs won't work 100% like it does on a female and vice versa. The vertices are different so you'll have different effect. For example. Near the chest the morph for a male will be different than a female, same for the groin area and the head to an extent. This is why there is no conversion. It's like Genesis expressions cant be converted to G2+ because the expressions were all morphs not bones.
But if you're going to try...
Load the male and the female. Same Gen makes this easier.
If you want the female to have the male morphs.. Click on the male.
Click the favorite of all the morphs you like. I recommend just one or two so you can test and see what I mean.
Then Go to the top bar and Edit -> Figure -> Transfer Utility.
Select the male in the Source, and the Female in the Target
Bottom left of that window show options.
Turn off everything there you see except the Morph Targets. Then Click on Morph Targets.
On the right select From Source Favorites, And un select the two options there.. From Projection and Overwrite. There are two more checks at the bottom, Uncheck them.
And then click start or Apply can't remember which.
Then go to the female character and search FBM in the parameters for morphs. You'll see them there. Have fun. -
