I'd like to get this character, any idea who she is?
The vendor Mattymanx uses that character in a lot of his promos. There are a few characters that have a similar look, like Tween Julie and Teen Josie, as Eve Adams mentioned. My first thought was Hana for Kanade 8.
It's Sage with some alterations. But that's the skin you'd want at least?

@dfat1981 Here's a comparison.
from left to right- Daisy, Mika, Tika, Ryanne, Teen Josie, and Karyssa.It's a "Thorne" character. Just look at his characters, they all share a similar "look".
