HELP: Unable to login into https://create.zonegfx.com/ or create account

Hi,
First of all, i apologize if this is the wrong place to post this. If it is, i kindly request the mods to move it to the correct section.

I am trying to login into https://create.zonegfx.com/ site using my usual zonegfx credentials, but it keeps giving me wrong username/password error. When i try to sign up with my zonegfx email address and my zonegfx username, it says its already in use.

Why cannot i sign in using my usual zonegfx username and password?

Please help.
