Recently, my blog post for Nyotengu For G8F was reported as a duplicate post by a fellow member of this community. When comparing both assets, they are obliviously linked from different vendors. Without any explanation or vetting from the mods, it was deleted.
I have even reached out to a mod to try to get this resolve and even explained why it shouldn't be deleted.
Would like for an explanation on why it was deleted.
Whilst it is based on the same game character, it is by different vendors, so I too, am puzzled that it should have been deleted.

yeah im puzzled as well, porting characters to daz is becoming popular now, there WILL be times when the same character is ported by different people. this does NOT mean its the same source.
That is weird... I know a lot of game/comic characters that come up for Genesis 8 are actually made from two different vendors. Shinteo and CheckerToo are the two most common and prolific makers of them, and sometimes they share mesh bits which makes it even crazier. For instance, the "Elsa" character (from "Frozen") have the exact same hair mesh/figure in both vendors' packages.
(For what it's worth I don't report dupes, I only report busted links).
