My top of the mind super shallow guess is that it is a model by Mousso. The mouth and cheek looks like Mousso, but I cant be any more precise than that.

I use Mousso characters frequently but tend to mix in other characters to get it the way I like.

FWIW, She also has the exact same Mousso eyebrows as found on 'Madonna for Genesis 8 Female' and 'Rachelle Vamp HD for Genesis 3 & 8 Female'

Thanks for the input and the keen eyes! I also happened to hear from Notilize today who told me that it was definitely a mash up but they could not remember the formula that character.

It looks like its experimentation time! Thanks again for pointing me at those Mousso characters- I now have a place to start.
