A convincing city usually means modeling dozens of buildings before the first shot. Chicago skips that step with city buildings, from boutique low-rises to skyline-anchoring towers, in three scales sized to layer into one skyline. Below them, 84 street props carry the scene to the sidewalk, including street lamps and planters based on photos of the city.
