Metropolis is huge iconic arcology building, which can easy becaome center point of eny futuristic citiscape. As a center or any sci-fi or futuristic urban sprawl it can be seat of some megacorporation or perhaps some kind of city inside city. It is divided by etages to several sectors, at the base are storages, factories and workers living areas, higher are abodes for middle class, higher are bussiness areas and shopping malls and at the top is gold sector for the top city class with air deck and hangars for housing their flying crafts. This is really arcology as a model of future society.
