Okay. I was talking about this with Elgoo right now. The plugin should also have a similar feature, which is what I'm interested in. But I don't know if the version here on Zone is safe. I don't know enough about computer security, so I use the trial version.
March 15, 2023 at 12:38 PM #1941441Indeed it seems like a lot of work, but yesterday, just to convert with Zwrap MargHQ to G8F, fix the eyes and the mouth and the geometry ( which always gets messed up in the process), took me about 7 hours. But it certainly takes me a long time also because I'm self-taught and I probably take more steps than I really need.
Anyway, is there a tutorial of any kind of the process you used? I'd like to try it on. Maybe it's easier and faster than what I use.
March 15, 2023 at 12:31 PM #1941439Great job! It looks even better than mine.
Anyway, did you use the version of Zwrap downloaded here from Zone? Also, did Zwrap convert the textures automatically during the process?
March 15, 2023 at 12:14 PM #1941434Wait, so is that a G9 clone of MargHQ V4?

Some other image, but this time with a smile. I tried some facial expressions, and often the character loses her similarity with the real counterpart. Other times, as in this case, with a slight smile she looks like HER.
Probably, with a decent eyebrows, eyelashes, textures and a suitable hair, the character could really look like the actress.March 15, 2023 at 8:01 AM #1941233What's this? I mean, is the model the original for V4 or did you convert one for G3? In any case, it looks great.
March 14, 2023 at 2:59 PM #1940951I was thinking that maybe the textures just need to be resized. It's possible? I don't know.
Also, I think there are dozens of Harley Quinn models for G8F out there to get textures from.March 14, 2023 at 2:34 PM #1940942Hey there boss!
As I already said, my interest is only in 3D models, no renders, so no textures. Then, usually I make a model, I work on it for a long time, even for several days and then I don’t use it. I only do it because I like it.
Anyway, I hadn’t tried the original V4 textures, and I don’t even know how to convert them, but as soon as I read your comment I gave it a try and found out that they are almost fine. Almost.
March 14, 2023 at 1:47 PM #1940926This is really interesting! How did you do? I'm trying for a few days to create morphs for the G8 figures using Zwrap. At the moment I made these two, plus countless experiments and trials:
Victoria 9 for G8F and MargHQ V4 for G8FMarch 13, 2023 at 4:22 PM #1940505This is Victoria 8.1 on G8F.

March 13, 2023 at 4:15 PM #1940493Apart from the 3D model, I don't know much about the rest, textures, UVs etc. As I said, I don't make renders.
Anyway, there is a very simple method to transfer 8.1 models to 8: load them both to Daz and try to fit the aspect ratio of 8.1 to 8 as precisely as possible, send them to Zbrush and select 8.1, go back to Daz, delete 8.1, go back to Zbrush again and send 8.1 back to Daz. The usual Goz dialog box will pop up, and choose to set the 8.1 morph to 8. Everything works fine.March 11, 2023 at 2:37 PM #1939543
March 11, 2023 at 2:15 PM #1939528Definitive stylized V9 + Base Feminine Head morph.
Maybe someone wants to do some quick renders of V9 + Base Feminine Head morph for comparison?

Still V9 + Base Feminine Head morph. I just have to retouch some details, but in general the model is done. Now I just have to reverse the vertex selection and the body is done too.
But I think I will exclude the feet from the morph, which I think are even worse than G8.March 11, 2023 at 11:55 AM #1939452
Working on V9 + Base Feminine Head morph with Zbrush. As you can see, the geometry matches almost perfectly.
