I appreciate all the alternative suggestions, but then I would still need to convert textures and poses, and adjust clothing, hair, and props after auto-fit. It really has been simplest for me to use G3F as a male figure.

G8 textures may be closer together? I can't say for sure, as I haven't tried. I've tried using G3M textures on G3F, but there are some differences in the map; it leaves large and obvious gaps around the "seams" on G3F. At any rate, using the BOY-GIRL morphs has worked well for me, because in addition to textures, clothes, etc, I can also use all the morphs I have for G3F (a lot more than I have for G3M).

If there is a way to swap textures, I don't know of it. And since I have so much stuff for G3F and relatively little for G3M, it just made sense to turn G3F into a male figure so I could use all of my clothes, textures, hair, and morphs, without any problems with the fit. It's been working well for what I wanted.
