That's Bunkr (the fileservice Bannor has used to host the files) doing a"server migration". If you typed the link at the bottom of the video, you would see their list of servers that are/aren't working. I don't know how long Bunkr will take to do this. I don't think they do either...

I did a "Report" and Bann0r did me a personal zip file of the files that were "File not found"-ing.
