Hey, this appears to be Bomber Jacket for Genesis 8 Females with custom textures.
Edit: I think the artist just went into surfaces tab and changed the colors from there. You can find all the elements separated in the surfaces tab.

The upper torso is from https://www.daz3d.com/zero-one-everyday-for-genesis-8-females (probably using custom textures). As for the socks it seems to be https://www.renderosity.com/freestuff/items/78285/thigh-high-socks-for-g8f judging by the stripes.
Outfit 2 = The Garter Belt is from https://www.daz3d.com/gothic-rebel-outfit-for-genesis-8-females. The stockings are from a different product https://www.daz3d.com/x-fashion-cute-lingerie-for-genesis-8-females
The upper torso is from dForce Mech Dancer Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s) I don't know if the bottom part is from the same product.
hmmm i think the ruffled collar seems a bit different. I don't know if it includes different variations in the product. I'll have to see when it gets filled. Thanks anyway.
