I have bought from Rhenderart a few times now, his morphs and textures are really good! If you're looking for a super accurate version of a celebrity then I would recommend you go to them if price isn't too much of an issue. I'm not able to provide a sample rn but I do think they are worth the money personally, the only issue I've ever had is sometimes their models are a little pale but that's an easy fix.
As for commissions, I've been on a waiting list for a long time... maybe a year so chances are there wont be any spaces for a long while. So due to that I have no commission prices but I have pre-made model prices, below I have copied and pasted their prices directly from the creator themselves for you, all morphs come with textures. Rhenderart also tends to take some money off if you buy more than one model if I recall correctly
