My problem solved.
needed "instructions.png" icon in runtime/Textures/bitzev/Genesis 3 & 8 to 9 Pose Converter, that was missed. Just copy and past one of icons from "Genesis 3 & 8 to 9 Pose Batch Converter" Runtime/Texture folder in Runtime/Textures/bitzev/Genesis 3 & 8 to 9 Pose Converter and renamed to "instructions.png.

...but...expressions cannot be converted still..pity😂😂
