If I understand the issue correctly, then you need to select the joint editor tool and relocate the green thing to where you want the pivot point to be.
I received a similar email. I've had the same concerns, like what information could they obtain from it, that they don't already have? A confirmation that the data I'd entered when I paid on their store was indeed correct?
And a check? What the fuck?
I'm considering just ignoring their email tbh. Not receiving a "refund" wouldn't make much of a difference to me, while giving them the data they requested, on the other hand... possibly could?
