It appears to have been fixed, try to refresh the product page and download again. It worked for me. I think the download link was accidentally put in the wrong place.
In my experience the big divide between Daz users and Poser users is the interface. I've used Poser since Poser 2 and I'm used to it. 3DSMax and Maya have a similar feel. DazStudio's interface is totally different and it takes me a LONG time to set up stuff in DazStudio versus Poser.
That was before DazStudio v10, now it's not usable at all, I can't download stuff from Daz3D into DazStudio, the library paths are hidden from you. It is PAINFUL for me to try to use it. A scene could take me 40 to 52 hours to set up in DazStudio to render it takes me 24 minutes in Poser.
