Thanks for the help, but I get the hair's ID. It's Hr-034:
Yes, the author of this image had confirmed in his post on renderosity that the character in the picture is based in Peggy Bundy. Like I said above, the only clue he left was the hair is from the vendor Ali, compatible with V4, and it was a new product back then (the image above was posted in renderosity in Apr 03, 2008).
