Both 3Dload and Shadowcore mentioned above haven't updated a thing since render-state's links broked, I guess they are just mirroring everything from RS
Speaking only on my own experience, my pc isn't quite new, 11th gen intel with 16gb ram*4, rtx3070. I upgraded it to windows 11 few years ago just out of curiosity (mainly dumbness I guess) from win10, ran into so many issues that didn't exist before, general feeling laggy, bullshit built-in ai ads, frame drops on gaming etc. And later on it started to affect my work, my pc keeping crashing with blue screen while I was working, it was saying something about ram error or something and I just couldn't get it fixed, later it almost crashed 2 times a week and it was getting worse everytime the system updated or the nvidia driver updated. At last I just couldn't, spent 3 days put everything on hold, backup everything, and did a complete erase and back to windows 10.
Never run into any crashes on my pc from then.
My Conclusion: Windows 11 is TRASH
