you can enter, at this point I'm being picky on the timelines of when you got a second place win, just as long as you didn't take part in the Part 1 which was for 1st place winners. which i know you didn't.

your missing the point of this contest, it's to give those who have yet to win a contest or place in the top 3 a chance to hit a big points pay day, opening the contest to all(including those that don't need the points) defeats the hole purpose.
