Hello, the site seems to infect, I receive lots of alerts from my antivirus when I access the site and load pages.

When in doubt, I did more scans and tried with another pc the same alerts occur and only on this site.

Yeh I'm getting them too. Since AVG Free updated a few weeks ago it's been throwing up reports all over the place and not just here or on websites. I have to turn it off to run some progs I know are clean.

I use AVG and have no alerts or warnings here. All those sleazy, trashy, scummy weird porn sites I like to browse?.....that's another matter, but this place works fine.

I suspect the "scam" ones are because AVG has them on some sort of banned list.

@wogrim It's because of the images, some of them are hosted on Bunkr, which is flagged as a dangerous site by some of the AV companies. It's fine, just make sure you have a strong Ad blocker (like uBlock Origin) if you want to download something from there 🙂

Increasingly, antivirus and protection programs are including pirate and related sites in their warnings. I'm sure that there's pressure from the copyright industry to try and scare folks away from free downloads.

Also bunkr is a Russian website (the .ru signifies it), and knowing how Russia is seen as “dangerous” because of the recent conflict. I wouldn’t be surprised if Anti-viruses has put a lot of Russian domains on a “scamlist”.

The code for Belarus (.by) is also coming under restrictions. A few months ago, in response to western sanctions, they announced that they would no longer respect western copyrights. This has opened a floodgate of pirate sites there, mostly trashy, sleazy ones with lots of scambots and redirects.

If you look at the warning, bunkr is blacklisted as "scam" rather than having an infection.

Lots of images from the blog are hosted there which is why the Web shields are throwing warnings.

Avast started doing the same last week.

Thank you for your answer, it was very informative, it hasn't been for two days so I think it's coming from my side since in the meantime I did a complete check up of all my machines.
