For a change there are promo credits given
Unfortunately, they don't seem to cover the sassy top & belt.
Is anyone able to identify them, please?

When there is a promo credit-list, and something isn't listed, chances are quite high that it's either a Rendo asset, or from somewhere else "not DAZ". Basically, promo credits only lists DAZ assets.
Yeah, Rendo are more relaxed about things like that than Daz.
If as you say, and as I suspect, Sara, the top is a kitbash, I would still like to track down it's component parts. I think it looks pretty cool. 🙂
Just a guess, but the sleeves seems to be coming from:

Maybe... Despite it's coherent appearance, as you say, it looks like the top may be a kitbash itself. :0/

You have got that pretty close, other than the shirt graphic.
That seems to be the most elusive part.
I think the shirt graphic might be custom made... that heart and chain bracelet is what got my head turning and that spike chocker also... well I just found the two togehter in (https://www.daz3d.com/rocker-outfit-for-genesis-3-female-s-and-genesis-8-female-s) and it looks like I have that outfit it says it came with daz studio.. the bundle is on here
