Before any professors chime in with the crap about ad blockers, let me stop you now.
SO ANYWAY, I've *never* had an issue with the download button. Today I come back and find that literally any Bunkr download I access does not work. Even ones I have visited this week, now they too do nothing when you click the download button.
Any insights?
June 27, 2025 at 7:37 PM #2133899In my AV (ESET), they've added Bunkr and a lot of pirate related site to their "unsafe" list and it tries to kill my browser connection anytime I try to visit these sites. (Just like Google now shows you a lot less piracy related results + Visa and MasterCard try to tell you how to spend your money - obviously not to NSFW things)
June 27, 2025 at 9:38 PM #2133943Interesting, but I'm not using anything like that. I have also tried on several different browsers and 3 different machines, pasted directly into the address bar (not referred from another domain), all but one have never before been to Bunkr, and I get the same non-functional result.
Images works, Videos works, Albums are working, but when you get down to Files, none work. Not even random ones from some random album or search.
Weird.
Is it possible you need to be logged in? I am not, and I'm not registering an account with Bunkr.
At this point, I'm simply ignoring literally any post noting Bunkr as the host, and any post marked "other hosting" as that's probably Bunkr too. I'll only click into a post noting Mega, Mediafire, Google, Pixeldrain, or "multiple hosting".
Nothing personal, uploaders, but I'm not wasting my time with chasing non-functional links.June 27, 2025 at 11:51 PM #2133953Had the same issue and Monk in here pointed me to use JDownloader 2..
It works.
Hope this helps
BenJune 28, 2025 at 4:57 AM #2133971I just had an issue also, AV off, just would not DL. 🙁
June 28, 2025 at 10:03 AM #2134023Some countries may be having their ISP's block it. I've read an awful lot about this on TorrentFreak. 'Overblocking' is becoming rampant in some countries as they try to stop sports streaming.
https://torrentfreak.com/June 28, 2025 at 5:43 PM #2134085using jdownloader isn't working either. says blocked by bunkrr ddos guard.
June 29, 2025 at 12:55 AM #2134115This sounds like the issue I've always had with Bunkr links -- I can never ever get them to download. Jdownloder2 is the only way I've ever been able to get Bunkr files (and even that's more like 80-90% consistent rather than 100%).

I hear you...
While Bunkr is great for the anti-take down aspect, considering how often its "down" all on its own is pretty frustrating in and of itself.
I have had to migrate a majority of my assets to other hosts in the last year or so.
June 30, 2025 at 3:50 AM #2134228DMCA takedown notices are just a mosquito that needs occasional slapping, and it will bite anywhere a file is. That's simply our reality.
Using a pool of rotten zombie flesh to swim in, in an attempt to avoid the mosquito, is not a valid strategy. Best to abandon such places as that (Lookin at YOU Bunkr & friends) and just stick with the known clean and robust places. Mega, Mediafire, Google, Pixeldrain. Not much else is as reliable. Just remember you'll get the occasional mosquito bite, and move on.Also remember that Bunkr albums and files *are publicly searchable*!! That's a fucking dumpster fire alone if there ever was one. Nope Factor 9. I hate having to go there for a file, and I'll never be so daft as to host a file there. Just throwing that out there in the street.
At least you can discover all the world's worst porn ever created all in one pot. -
