Windows 10 steals your GPU Vram

I wont go into details because everyone seems to know about this.

But I am a 1 week old noob user to windows 10 so yes im late to the party.

I have just learnt that windows 10 steals your nvidia gpu vram.

The daz logs show this to be true as well.

At first I thought i the second hand GTX 1070 i got was faulty.

But after google search and a few days of reading about this problem i find out that its a global thing.

How is it that this has been happening for so long and microsoft still have not addressed it?

Now I can see why theres a reason some ppl working in 3d stick with windows 7

It affects everyone running Win 10 on Nvidia GPUs, and it's been like that forever.

MS doesn't care. NVidia doesn't care.

Win7 is too dated for me so... Dual booting would be a possibility but a PITA.
