Looks like one of the Death Stranding Mama characters from RenderHub, with a different skin.

Or maybe some portion dialed in. Jaw looks different/narrower.

Could be something else, or custom.

Well, she looks like Death stranding Mama in a certain way, but yes, the jaw is pretty different.
Death Stranding Mama is the most beautiful character in genesis 8 female? I know it's based on the actress from The Leftovers HBO series.
