Would be happy to know who the promo girl for Rose Noel Updo is?

It's a custom character. Sadly, Neftis 3D always uses custom characters that she doesn't sell in all her promos.

No problem; there are some male characters which she uses in the promos that I really wanted to buy; until people on the Daz forums said that they were her own custom characters which she doesn't sell. Although, some years back, she did give into artists' demands for one of her female characters which she used in promos.
It was a V4 character called Orianne, but since then, she hasn't sold any more custom characters. 🙁
With regards to the promo girl - many on the Daz forums believe that she uses Sangriart's Osuine textures on the female characters, and maybe a certain percentage of Osuine in the recipe for creating the character. https://www.renderosity.com/rr/mod/bcs/osuine-for-genesis-8-female/126928
If you don't already have Osuine, maybe you could download her for the textures alone, then play around with morphs until you get a character that resembles the promo girl. https://zonegfx.com/osuine-for-genesis-8-female-new-link/
I have Osuine and played around with her maybe two years ago. I tried to customize her to my liking but at that point I didn't get anywhere. Maybe I should give her a try again! I agree with you, it is at least some degree of Osuine in the promo girl! Will try that! Thanks!
