Hoping someone knows who the Magnus Hair promo character is?

Looks like a Tempesta character to me. Nothing too distinctive about him, maybe Antonio.

Rank:The only distinctive feature is that mole on the neck. I looked for it in Tempesta's skins but couln't find it.
Dylan by Raiya seems to have that mole, maybe a modified shader to make it paler?
