where does this outfit come from

I can remember, but I can't remember the origin of this outfit. I've been trying to work out which music video it is for over a week now, but it is time for me to surrender. Now if I could only remember the music video with the black guy in a hospital pushing a gurney and a black woman with pink hair singing... then I could be at peace..... until I forget something else and then remember I forgot.

Yes! Kylie Minogue! That's the blonde I was thinking of. Thank you. 😀 For some reason I kept thinking milla jovovich but I was like, it's not her she didn't really have music videos. If I could have remembered Kylie I would have been saved. Eidersson, you are a scholar and a gentleman/woman/human/* .
