What is the 3d Model with the Butterfly Tattoo on her mouth?

Good day ZoneGFX citizens!
as I was sorting through pages of ZoneGFX models, one of the popup "Random" or "Related" posts came up and had a picture of a Caucasian or Asian Female with a Tattoo on her face of a butterfly.
Rather large - sort of reminded me of Silence of the Lambs; and I'm sure it was referencing it.
Either the girls' name was Clarice or Hannah or even Jody (as in Foster) Either way, I know it is on here and I've even googled those aforementioned key words and tags to no avail.
If you are familiar with the post I am referencing please let me know. I know there are enough generous persons on here that don't expect points for their random acts of consideration and I've given several links in the "freebie section" to where I've found free items.
