I couldn't find anything at all.
From what i could saw though, you aren't the only one searching to identify those two hairstyle. Others peoples on Daz official forum are also trying to know what these are. (Unless, you were also one of those person who made that post over there under a different name ?!?)
Anyway, no one there also could find where those hairstyle come from. And that artist doesn't seem to have any mean to be contacted that i could found.
So....bad luck to you it seems. 🙁
From what i could read though, some people think the first hairstyle (the one with the hat) could be this one:

Stil....i have my doubt because of the bangs that are quite different. Although....some people claim that the hair has a lot of morph and lenght parameter to play with. Since i saw no one who had that hair actually confirming that and i don't have that hair also, i can't confirm at 100% their are right. Maybe if you want to take the chance to try it out. Your call !
On another case, i seriously don't think the twin pigtails hair is " Symphony Hair ". Frontal bangs are too different and the shape of the pigstails themselve are way too different.

From other archived post i could read about product from that artist, that artist like to use A LOT of unreleased product to tease people with. There are numerous case of time he/she used products in promo in the past that weren't released at that moment and came a bit later. So i really wouldn't be surprise if BOTH of these hairs are unreleased yet product. Especialy the hair with the pigtails.
So, in my opinion, unless you want to try to contact that artist via a ticket from Daz store, (I believe it's the only way to reach him/her.) i would just sulk it up and wait. Praying that those hairstyle are really unreleased product and they will hit the store soon.

All the morphs are set to maximum length in my pic (sorry for the quality, I stopped the render after about 30 seconds)Note - there is a 'bun' on the back right hand side which cannot be seen in my render or the original (if it is the right hair)
Hum.....yeah, maybe it could. Or maybe not.... -_-
My main problem is that the promo picture let us believe that the bangs on the temples are the one being super long and going down all the way to the chest, maybe even pass them a little.
But in Nyo's hair, they don't seem to go much lower than the jaw/neck. The strand of hair that is looming over the chest are hairs comming from behind the shoulder/ears.
But due to the poor angle of the promo picture (and the fact that it's the only picture in all the promo using that hairstyle), it's hard to see if the strand of hair we see on the girl's chest is actually comming from her temples or from the back of her shoulder. Hmmm.......
When looking more closely at the promo picture....i....think you are right Imata about Nyo's hair. We nearly have to rip ours eyes out of ours socket to see it, but i think we can see that there is a split in the strand of the hair from her temples and that the hair are not comming from her temples but from the back of her shoulders.
Gosh...i don't know. Maybe someone with better eyes and judgement than me can confirm that.
