Now I'm not sure whether I'm imagining it or not but I'm sure that there was a Poser model of this Battletech mecha somewhere out there. Or am I really imagining it???

I don't remember an exact copy of the Valkyrie, but there was this:

VGF-14 D Wildcat

which isn't a million miles away from it.

JK! Between Robotech, Macross, Battletech and the ongoing lawsuits over copyrights it's sometimes impossible to tell who had what mechs and when 😛
