Upcoming shares become available before their time?

Do I have this wrong?
Upcoming items are clearly marked as becoming available at some time a few days hence. However I noticed that upcoming shares become available about halfway down the second page of the 4 pages. Is this some kind of site fault or am I missing something? I just grabbed a couple of items from the second page.

Or should we all just grab all these 'upcoming' goodies and not say anything?

Hello, I scheduled a couple of posts to be released on certain dates past december, but they are still stuck in "upcoming". I warned @warrant63 about this issue some time ago, who told me that he was already aware of it thanks to another user, but I guess he's too busy and hasn't made time to fix it yet.

@supreme-leech It's a know bug atm, some of the scheduled upcoming posts are unlocking right, but they stuck in the Upcoming category :/

@warrant63, Got it. I'll try any items I'm interested in then AND pay more attention to their scheduled release dates.
