    And oh, I hate to rub it in but the weather here is beautiful. Nice and sunny today, nice and sunny tomorrow, warm and rain on Sunday but that's ok as I will be on the plane flying home

    @coolcat LOL, thats one reason I love fall and winter. You can bundle up to stay warm and I won't pass out. Heat is dangerous for me. Hard to stay cool. I spent 26 years in California without snow or winters, so I'm glad to be home and have my snow again.

    @evilmonkey
    we're similar to you since it rains a lot here in the PNW. We're called the moss people. I always wanted to spend a winter in the UK, but not if it doesn't snow. LOL

    Perth has two seasons, hot and disgusting or cold and wet. I miss Autumn and Spring.

    @d0gg0d I love Jack. That would be my perfect job. Taking care of a place in the winter in the mountains, with no humans around.

    @skinklizzard, say "diplomatic immunity".... 😛

    @drgnmztr
    ya see, you say you have the same weather as the UK but if you've not experienced "drizzle" off and on for fucking weeks, then you really have no idea. Damp is a state of mind.

    @nemain
    According to https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2640358 you'll have snow on Tuesday! ....and so will London.... https://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/0/2643743 What?! Do they just copy/paste all the weather now?

    @evilmonkey LOL, I didn't say same, I said similar, but true. We don't know damp. Just wet. We have rain, drizzle, showers, rain, drizzle, rain, mist, rain, showers, drizzle, rain, showers, drizzle, mist rain. 😉 We can tell who the non natives are because they scuttle around with umbrellas, or run for cover. LOL
    We call it liquid sunshine. 🙂

    - I loved all of her books. Just finished re-reading the Harper Hall
    series then had to read "The Ship Who Searched: co-written with Mercedes Lackey. I too also have a lot of trouble with heat. Have to be real careful about over heating.
