Unreal noob

Hi, Seeing as we are getting more posts with unreal content i decided to install unreal. how do i go about installing these? ive trawled loads of websites looking for answers. Even looking at the directory structure its hard to figure out what goes where even if i did it manually?

What Larry mentioned will work.

In addition to that, if you have an already-existing Unreal project that you want to add the downloaded files to, you can usually drag the folders from the downloaded asset into the existing project to import them.
