Trouble Unzipping "Grungy Threads"

Hey all, wonder if you could help me.

I DL'd "Grungy Threads" from another freebie site, but got an error when unzipping. Figuring it was a bad download, I went ahead and spent my 50.00 and got it here:

PTF Grungy Threads

Still, when I try to unzip it, I get errors (see pic).

Is it just a copied file that's got errors and I can't find a non-error one? Or is there something I can do to bypass these? Any suggestions welcome.

I just took the file and indeed it is corrupted, I also have some errors when extracting it.

Well, at least it's not just me. Bummer. Can a moderator or admin remove that then? Should I contact someone? (still kinda new here)

tried to repair with Winrar, zip repair and Zip2Fix. Definitely corrupted.

7zip extracted it for me.

Weird. That's what I use but it dropped errors every time. Hm. Wonder if I need a newer version or something.

Intalled in DIM. Yes...Someone *.duf is 0Kb... Maybe, ignore...

I have 4 files @ 0kb in size.

GT !Geoshell Dirt Colour Tip.duf
GT !Geoshell Opacity Tip.duf
GT !Shader Preset Tip.duf
GT Geoshell Mesh Offset Tip.duf

They seem to be "placeholders" for the Tip .png's
